改性共沉淀法纳米CoFe_(2)O_(4)的制备及其吸附性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)改性共沉淀法制备了纳米磁性CoFe_(2)O_(4)材料,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和粒度及电位分析仪等对材料进行了表征,探讨了CTAB加入量对材料形貌、晶型及吸附性能的影响。结果表明,CTAB的加入使得材料粒径变小,对孔雀石绿的吸附性能明显提高,且其具有良好的重复使用性和磁性可回收性。通过吸附热力学、动力学研究表明,制备材料对孔雀石绿的吸附过程符合Freundlich模型和伪二阶动力学模型,吸附过程自发进行且放热降温有利于吸附反应进行。 The magnetic nano CoFe_(2)O_(4)was prepared by a modified co-precipitation process.The materials were characterized using X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and granularity and potentiometric analyzer,etc.The effect of the addition hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)on the morphology,crystal structure and adsorption properties of materials was discussed.The results showed that the addition of CTAB made the particle size of the material smaller and the adsorption performance of the material to malachite green(MG)was significantly improved.Meanwhile,the material had good reusability and magnetic recyclability.The results of adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics showed that the adsorption process of MG was in accordance with Freundlich model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The adsorption process is spontaneous and the exothermic cooling is conducive to the adsorption reaction.
