摘要
在不同条件下合成了不含磷氮的环保型水处理剂马来酸/烯丙基磺酸钠(MA/SAS)共聚物。对产物性能进行测试后得到最适宜合成条件:氮气存在下,原料质量比1∶1,聚合温度为95℃,聚合时间6 h,药剂用量20 mg/L时对碳酸钙的阻垢率可达100%,分散氧化铁后,上层清液的透光率最低为27%。采用SEM和XRD对阻垢机理进行研究,结果表明,该药剂使垢样外貌发生很大改变,对晶型也有一定影响。
An environmentally friendly water treatment agent,maleic acid/sodium allyl sulfonate(MA/SAS)copolymer,which is free of phosphorus and nitrogen,was synthesised under different conditions.The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained after testing the product properties.In the presence of nitrogen,with a raw material mass ratio of 1∶1,a polymerisation temperature of 95℃and a polymerisation time of 6 h,the scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate can reach 100%when the dosage of agent is 20 mg/L and a minimum light transmission of 27%in the upper clear layer after dispersing iron oxide.SEM and XRD were used to study the mechanism of scale inhibition,and it was concluded that the agent can change the external appearance of the scale sample greatly,and it also has some effect on the crystal shape.
