摘要
介绍了相变材料(PCM)的分类和电子散热用PCM的选择原则,以及相变控温技术的原理,综述了PCM在电子散热领域的应用、PCM热性能改进、相变散热装置设计以及相变散热数值分析的研究进展,展望指出了相变控温技术在电子元器件热控中应用研究的技术瓶颈和重点方向。
Introduces the classification of phase change material(PCM),the principles of selecting PCM for electronic heat dissipation,as well as the principles of phase change temperature control technology.And also reviews the application of PCM in the field of electronic heat dissipation,the improvement of PCM thermal performance,the design of phase change heat dissipation devices and the research progress of numerical analysis of phase change heat dissipation.Finally,prospects point out the technical bottlenecks and key directions of the research on the application of phase change temperature control technology in the thermal control of electronic components.
