基于低碱水泥的轻质多孔混凝土配合比设计及性能分析

摘要 本研究采用轻骨料页岩陶粒900级和矿渣硫铝酸盐水泥在不同配合比设计下制备低碱轻质多孔混凝土,通过配合比试验对混凝土的孔隙率、容重、抗压强度、抗折强度等性能进行分析。结果表明:不同配合比设计下,当设计孔隙率越大,实测有效孔隙率越接近设计值;在20%~30%的孔隙率设计下,轻质多孔混凝土的容重仅有普通混凝土的0.5倍左右。本试验制备的多孔混凝土28 d抗压强度最高可达17.7 MPa,28 d抗折强度最高可达2.1 MPa,多孔混凝土的抗压强度和弯曲抗折强度随着孔隙率的增大而减小。 This study prepares low alkali lightweight porous concrete using lightweight aggregate shale ceramsite 900 grade and slag sulfoaluminate cement under different mix design,and conducts experimental analysis on properties such as porosity,unit weight,compressive strength,and flexural strength through mix ratio tests.The results show that in different mix ratios,the larger the design porosity,the closer the measured effective porosity is to the design value;under a porosity design of 20%to 30%,the unit weight of lightweight porous concrete is only about 0.5 times that of ordinary concrete.The maximum 28 d compressive strength and 28 d flexural strength of porous concrete prepared in this experiment can reach 17.7 MPa and 2.1 MPa,respectively.The compressive strength and flexural strength of porous concrete decrease with the increase of porosity.
