摘要
随着人们对建筑质量和施工效率要求的不断提高,装配式建筑成为现代建筑业的重要发展方向,为满足人们的需求,高性能预制混凝土外墙板部品成为实现建筑装配化、产业化和节能化的重要产品。本文对高性能预制混凝土外墙板集成和应用技术研究进行阐述,以集成和应用技术为研究基础,以预制混凝土外墙板制造关键技术为研究内容,形成装饰多样化、功能集成化的高性能预制混凝土外墙板部品体系,并在工业建筑、工业厂房和居住建筑领域推广应用。在实际工程应用中,预制混凝土外墙板不同的饰面集成,满足不同建筑风格和环境条件的需求,不仅提高了饰面的耐久性,而且提高了饰面使用的安全性;预制混凝土外墙板通过选择合适的保温材料和夹心保温墙板设计,有效地提高了建筑物的保温性能;通过使用新材料进行门窗集成,有效改善门窗的气密性、防水性和耐久性。
With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for building quality and construction efficiency,prefabricated buildings have become an important development direction in the modern construction industry.To meet people's needs,high-performance prefabricated concrete exterior wall panels have become an important component for achieving building assembly,industrialization,and energy conservation.This paper elaborates on the research on the integration and application technology of high-performance precast concrete exterior wall panels.Based on the integration and application technology,and with key manufacturing technologies of precast concrete exterior wall panels as the research content,a high-performance precast concrete exterior wall panel component system with diversified decoration and functional integration is formed,and it is promotes and applies in industrial buildings,industrial factories,and residential buildings.In practical engineering applications,the integration of different finishes of prefabricated concrete exterior wall panels meets the needs of different architectural styles and environmental conditions,not only improving the durability of the finishes,but also enhancing the safety of their use;prefabricated concrete exterior wall panels effectively improve the insulation performance of buildings by selecting appropriate insulation materials and designing sandwich insulation wall panels;by using new materials for door and window integration,the airtightness,waterproofing,and durability of doors and windows can be effectively improved.
