特细机制砂配套特种砂浆的工艺设计研究

特种砂浆是适用于保温隔热、吸声、防水、耐腐蚀、防辐射、装饰和粘结等特殊要求的砂浆。由于其特殊的性能要求,对砂的细度要求比较高,经常使用河砂或水洗砂进行烘干。随着绿色环保理念的深入,为减少对自然资源的破坏和砂源成品的碳排放量,对特细机制砂提出了更多的需求。本文主要介绍了特细机制砂配套特种砂浆的制备方法,结合实际项目,采用特细机制砂为主要原料,运用现代制造技术,对特细机制砂制备特种砂浆的过程进行了深入研究。经过试验验证,所制备的特细机制砂完全满足特种砂浆的性能要求。该研究成果对提高建筑行业的施工质量和效益提供了一定的参考。

Special mortar is a type of mortar mainly suitable for special requirements such as insulation,sound absorption,waterproofing,corrosion resistance,radiation protection,decoration,and bonding.Due to its special performance requirements,there is a high requirement for the fineness of sand,river sand or washed sand is often used for drying.However,with the deepening of green environmental protection concepts,more demand has been put forward for ultra-fine mechanism sand to reduce the damage to natural resources and carbon emissions of sand source products.This article mainly introduces the preparation method of special mortar with ultra-fine machinemade sand.Based on actual projects,using ultra-fine machine-made sand as the main raw material and modern manufacturing technology,it deeply studies the process of preparing special mortar with ultra-fine machine-made sand.After experimental verification,the prepared ultra-fine machine-made sand fully meets the performance requirements of special mortar.The research results provide certain reference and guidance for improving the construction quality and efficiency of the construction industry.
