摘要
糖尿病是心血管疾病(CVD)的重要危险因素,CVD也是糖尿病患者致残和致死的主要原因。钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2(SGLT2)抑制剂是一种新型降糖药物。研究表明,SGLT2抑制剂除了降低血糖以外,在CVD的治疗上也展现出良好的前景。本文就SGLT2抑制剂在高血压、动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、心律失常等CVD方面的应用研究进展和治疗潜力予以综述。
Diabetes is an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases(CVD),and CVD is also a major cause of disability and death in patients with diabetes.Sodium-glucose co-transporter 2(SGLT2)inhibitors are a new type of glucose-lowering drug.Studies have shown that SGLT2 inhibitors show good promise in the treatment of CVD,in addition to lowering blood glucose.This article reviews the research progress in the application and therapeutic potential of SGLT2 inhibitors in the treatment of CVD such as hypertension,atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction,heart failure,and arrhythmia.
