The Spatial Orientation of State Governance and Its Implications

空间治理研究呈现出两条路径,一是空间的治理转向,二是治理的空间转向。社会科学领域中的空间转向,为理解国家治理增添了一种新的理论视角,拓展了国家治理的研究进路。从空间与治理双向互构的角度,能够更好地把握治理的本质和空间治理的意蕴。空间在国家生成中扮演着重要角色,也在国家治理的全过程中发挥着重要作用。空间是国家治理的前提,也是国家治理建构的产物,并因治理建构而具多样性。探讨国家治理的空间逻辑,揭示空间向度之于国家治理的独特意蕴,有助于锻造治理共同体、填补治理缝隙和促进空间均衡发展。

The study of spatial governance has presented two paths,one is the governance turn of the space,and the other is the spatial turn of governance.It has shown a new theoretical perspec-tive in the field of social sciences to understand the state governance and expand its research path.From the perspective of two-way mutual construction of space and governance,the nature of govern-ance and the relationship between space and governance would be better comprehended.Space plays an important role in the generation of the state as well as the whole process of state governance.It is a prerequisite for state governance.Moreover,space is a product of state governance construction which has in turn resulted in its diversity.Exploring the spatial logic of state governance will help to reveal the unique significance of spatial orientation to the state governance,form a governance com-munity,fill the gaps in governance and promote balanced development of the space.
