摘要
风力发电从2010年开始才逐步进入高速发展的阶段,与传统的火电和水电相比当前运维方面的相关经验仍不够完善。再加上绝大部分风电项目处在较为恶劣的自然环境中,运行工况较为复杂,在风电项目的运维期面临着设备风险、环境风险、管理风险、作业风险等不确定性风险。本文主要探讨了将现代综合评价方法中的层次分析法应用于风电项目运维风险管控的可能性,为风电安全管理提供更为高效、严谨的方法。
Wind power generation has gradually entered a stage of rapid development since 2010,and the relevant experience in current operation and maintenance is still not perfect compared with traditional thermal power and hydropower.In addition,most of the wind power projects are located in the harsh natural environment,the operation conditions are more complex,and the uncertain risks such as equipment risks,environmental risks,management risks,and operational risks are faced in the operation and maintenance period of wind power projects.This paper mainly discusses the possibility of applying analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in modern comprehensive evaluation method to wind power project operation and maintenance risk management,and provides a more efficient and rigorous method for wind power safety management.
