摘要
对某2.0MW风电机组齿轮箱低速齿断齿进行失效分析,通过对断齿进行宏观分析、微观分析、化学分析、金相检验以及硬化层深度测试,表明断齿的失效模式为疲劳断裂,齿裂纹源区域存在主要元素为AI、O、Ca、Mg的夹杂物是导致齿轮箱断齿的主要原因。
Failure analysis of a 2.0MW wind turbine gearbox with broken low-speed gears,through the macroanalysis,micro-analysis,chemical analysis,metallurgical inspection and hardened layer depth test of the broken gears,it is shown that the fracture mode of the broken gear is fatigue fracture,and the presence of the main elements of the gears crack source region of inclusions of Al,O,Ca,Mg is the main reason for the broken gears of the gearbox.
