廖志峰教授论治“脾胃之湿”经验探析

Exploration into Professor Liao Zhifeng′s Experience in the Treatment of"Dampness of Spleen and Stomach"

廖志峰教授认为“脾胃之湿”的基本病机为内外湿相引,相兼而发,一为外湿侵袭,损伤脾胃;一为脾胃虚弱,阳气不足,湿浊内生。临证论治中,他提出“治湿当治脾,脾旺湿自除”思想,提倡健脾与理气同施,强调苦温燥湿为正治,再依据湿邪寒热属性不同,确立健脾燥湿、温化寒湿、清化湿热的治则。

Professor Liao Zhifeng holds that the basic pathogenesis of"dampness of spleen and stomach"is internal and external dampness attracting each other and developing at the same time,on one hand,the invasion of external dampness damages spleen and stomach;on the other,internal dampness turbidity is caused by spleen and stomach weakness and Yang Qi deficiency.In the treatment of clinical symptoms,he raises the thinking of"treat-ment for dampness should be treated from the spleen,dampness could be removed when invigorating spleen",advocates invigorating spleen and regulating Qi simultaneously,emphasizes drying dampness by bitter and warm drugs,and confirmed therapeutic principles of invigorating spleen and drying dampness,warming to remove cold-dampness and clearing to remove cold-dampness in light of the nature of dampness-evil.
