摘要
对近年来发表的中药治疗乳腺癌的相关文献进行梳理,从中医药对乳腺癌手术,放化疗治疗后并发症和不良反应的影响、抑制细胞增殖侵袭转移、影响细胞周期,诱导细胞凋亡及逆转耐药性等方面进行总结,希望能为进一步开展中药治疗乳腺癌的临床研究提供理论依据。
On the foundation of the relevant literature about TCM therapy of breast cancer published in the recent years,the paper summarizes the effects of TCM on breast cancer after the surgery,on the complications after chemoradiotherapy and adverse reactions,on the inhibition of cellular proliferation,invasion and metasis,on cellular cycle,cellular apoptosis and the reversal of drug resistance,hoping to provide theoretical basis for further clinical study on TCM therapy of breast cancer.
