基础电信企业重要系统资产边界识别方法研究

通信服务在社会生活中承担着越来越重要的作用,公共通信和信息服务已经被认定为关键信息基础设施覆盖的重点行业。为了确保通信行业关键业务服务质量的可靠和稳定,基础电信企业需对重要系统加强安全管理与保护,而其中对重要系统的资产边界进行科学有效的识别是做好保护工作的重要前提。本文结合当前国家法律法规要求和电信行业实际情况,针对基础电信企业提出一套重要系统资产边界识别方法,明确相关责任,供相关单位参考。

Communication services are playing an increasingly important role in social life.Public communication and information services have been recognized as key industries covered by key information infrastructure.In order to ensure the reliability and stability of key business service quality,the basic telecommunications enterprises need to strengthen security management and protection of important systems,and the scientific and effective identification of the asset boundaries identification is an important prerequisite for it.This article proposes a set of important system asset boundary identification methods for basic telecommunications enterprises based on current national laws,regulations and the actual situation of the telecommunications industry to provide recommendations for relevant responsibilities.
