摘要
目的系统评价国内外临床教师教学能力评价指标体系相关文献,为制定规范化、全面化的临床教师教学能力评价指标体系提供参考依据。方法系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库中关于临床教师教学能力评价指标体系相关文献,利用Ekman质量评价工具进行质量评价,采用汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行归纳整合。结果共纳入10篇文献,以中文文献为主(8篇),共含10个指标体系或量表。文献质量评价结果显示高质量文献1篇,其他均为中等质量。归纳出教学基本素质、教学实施能力、教学研究能力、教学基本能力、临床带教能力、教学管理能力及教学评价能力7项一级指标,27项二级指标,75项三级指标。结论本研究分类汇总了现有的临床教师教学能力评价指标体系,为后续构建全面的、科学的、客观的与标准的临床教师教学能力评价体系提供参考依据。
Objective Systematic evaluation of domestic and foreign clinical teachers teaching ability evaluation index system related literature,it provides a reference for developing a systematic and scientific evaluation index system of clinical teachers′teaching ability.Methods Literature on the evaluation index system of clinical teachers′teaching ability was systematically searched from CNKI,Wanfang Database,PubMed,Web of Science and so on.Ekman quality evaluation tool was used for quality evaluation.The research results were summarized and integrated by the method of aggregation integration.Results A total of 10 literatures were included,mainly Chinese literatures(8 literatures),with a total of 10 index systems or scales.The evaluation results of literature quality showed that one was of high quality and the others were of medium quality.There are 7 first-level indexes,27 second-level indexes and 75 third-level indexes,including basic teaching quality,teaching implementation ability,teaching research ability,basic teaching ability,clinical teaching ability,teaching management ability and teaching evaluation ability.Conclusion This study classifies and summarizes the existing evaluation index system of clinical teachers′teaching ability,providing reference for the subsequent construction of a comprehensive,scientific,objective and standard evaluation system of clinical teachers′teaching ability.
