蒸汽加热型恒温恒湿单元式空调机控制系统低成本设计

摘要 蒸汽加热型恒温恒湿单元式空调机控制系统中采用调节型蒸汽加热阀和蒸汽加湿阀执行器确保温湿度控制精度,这会导致控制系统成本高。为降低该型单元式空调机控制系统的成本,本文采用三位式蒸汽加热阀和蒸汽加湿阀执行器替代调节型蒸汽加热阀和蒸汽加湿阀执行器,用数字量输出通道取代模拟量输出通道,并完善控制方法。结果表明,新控制系统在保证空调机温湿度控制精度的同时,控制系统材料成本节省率达35%。 Using regulating steam heating valve and steam humidification valve actuators to ensure the accuracy of temperature and humidity control of control system for steam-heated constant temperature and humidity unitary air conditioner,it will lead to high cost of control system.In order to reduce the cost of control system for unitary air conditioner,three-position steam heating valve and steam humidification valve actuator are used to replace the regulating steam heating valve and steam humidification valve actuator,the analog output channel is replaced by the digital output channel,and the control method is improved.The results show that the material cost saving rate of the new control system is 35%while the accuracy of temperature and humidity control is guaranteed.
