摘要
LNG薄膜罐相较于全容罐优势明显,近年国内开始引入相关技术。为满足薄膜罐防潮层和隔热层施工工艺环境需求,需要设置空调系统。本文综合考虑安全和节能2个因素,针对薄膜罐高大空间近壁面施工区域的空调系统进行精细化设计与研究。以针对某薄膜罐计算得到的新风量和冷热负荷为基础,对冬夏季空气处理过程和近壁面空调区域气流组织进行分析,并采用ANSYS模拟软件对空调系统的设计进行模拟计算验证。研究结果表明,本文提出的空调系统能够较好地满足施工工艺环境需求,可为LNG薄膜罐的安全建设和节能运行提供保障。
LNG membrane tanks have obvious advantages over full capacity tanks,and in recent years,the relevant technologies have been introduced into China.In order to meet the requirements of construction process environment of damp-proof course and thermal insulation layer of membrane tanks,the air-conditioning system shall be set.Considering both safety and energy-saving factors,the air-conditioning system in the near wall construction area of the membrane tank is designed and studied.Based on the fresh air volume and cooling&heating loads calculated for a membrane tank,the air handling process in winter and summer and the airflow organization in the near wall air-conditioning area are studied and analyzed.Meanwhile,the air-conditioning system design is simulated and verified using ANSYS simulation software.The research results show that the air-conditioning system can well meet the needs of construction process environment,which provides guarantee for the safety construction and energy efficient operation of LNG membrane tanks.
