夏热冬冷地区农村建筑被动式节能策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 为改善目前夏热冬冷地区农村建筑存在的热湿环境差、能耗高的现象。基于EnergyPlus能耗模拟结果,采用敏感性分析和全生命周期收益的方法对夏热冬冷地区农村建筑能耗受围护结构传热系数(U)和窗墙面积比(WWR)的影响展开研究。研究结果表明,全年能耗对围护结构传热系数敏感度大小顺序为:屋顶>南/北外窗≈东/西外墙>北外墙>南外墙;窗墙面积比的增加通常会导致空调能耗和全年能耗的增加。在夏热冬冷地区采用厚度为18 mm和24 mm左右的聚苯乙烯挤塑板对墙体和屋顶进行保温改造时,通常产生最高的经济收益。研究结论旨在为后续农村建筑的节能设计及改造提供指导和参考价值。 In order to improve the phenomenon of poor thermal and humid environ-ment and high energy consumption of rural buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.Based on EnergyPlus energy consumption simulations,this paper used EnergyPlus software to simulate the heating,air conditioning and annual energy consumption of rural building under different heat transfer coefficient(U)of envelope and the area ratio of window to wall(WWR)in 5 typical hot summer and cold winter areas.The results show that there are significant differences in building energy consumption in different representative regions.The comprehensive sensitivity coefficient of heating energy consumption to the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope is generally higher than that of air conditioning energy consumption,and the excitation response of building energy consumption to the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope is as follows:roof>south/north window≈east/west wall>north wall>south wall.The area ratio of window to wall is positively and negative-ly correlated with the energy consumption of air conditioning and heating.The research results provide guidance and reference significance for the subsequent energy saving design and renovation of rural buildings.
