基于自然冷却系统的数据中心在冬季节能潜力分析

摘要 旨在降低数据中心能耗提出一种复合的自然冷却空调系统。结合数据中心全年需要大量制冷的特殊性,研究在严寒地区(长春125.35 E,43.88 N)充分利用自然冷源的数据中心空调系统。自然冷却的效率与环境的干、湿球温度密切相关,在一些不适合使用的时间段,可以联合使用机械制冷和热交换器对数据中心室内进行降温,进而降低传统数据中心空调运行能耗。经过理论分析与试验验证,该系统在避免结露的情况下最大程度利用室外的自然冷源,这种冷却系统是单一机械制冷能耗的24%。自然冷却系统在严寒地区可运行时间累计占30%,减少的二氧化碳放在碳交易市场可以带来的收益近1552万元/a。 This paper aims to reduce the energy consumption of data center,and puts forward a composite natural cooling air conditioning system.Combined with the particularity that the data center needs a lot of refrigeration throughout the year,the computer room air-condition system that makes full use of natural cold sources in severe cold areas(Changchun 125.35 e,43.88 n)is studied.The efficiency of natural cooling is closely related to the dry and wet bulb temperature of the environment.In some unsuitable time periods,mechanical refrigeration and heat exchanger can be used together to cool the data center room,so as to reduce the operation energy consumption of traditional data center air conditioning.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the system makes maximum use of outdoor natural cooling source under the condition of avoiding condensation.This cooling system is 24%of the energy consumption of single mechanical refrigeration.The running time of natural cooling system accounts for 30%in severe cold areas,and the reduced carbon dioxide can bring benefits of nearly 1 million yuan per year in the carbon trading market.
