摘要
心脏的解剖结构是进行心血管系统疾病检查和治疗的基础,为了构建犬高精度心脏和血管三维模型,本试验用明胶-氧化铁悬浮液对比格犬的颈总动脉和颈外静脉进行灌注,然后通过电子计算机断层(CT)扫描仪得到CT数据,再用Mimics Medical软件进行心脏和胸腔主要血管的三维重建。结果显示,CT扫描明胶-氧化铁悬浮液灌注标本能够得到心腔和胸腔血管的清晰图像,用Mimics Medical软件重建得到了心脏和胸腔血管的三维模型,能够显示出心房和心室的位置关系和胸腔血管的分布规律。本试验为动物解剖学教学提供了数字资源,也为数字化实验动物研究和数字标本三维模型构建提供了新方法。
The anatomical structure of the heart serves as the foundation for the examination and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.In order to construct a high-precision three-dimensional model of the canine heart and blood vessels,this study perfused the cephalic arteries and external jugular veins of Beagles with gelatin-ferric oxide suspension.Subsequently,computed tomography(CT)scanning was performed to obtain CT data,followed by three-dimensional reconstruction of the heart and major thoracic vessels using Mimics Medical software.The results demonstrated that CT scanning of specimens perfused with gelatin-ferric oxide suspension yielded clear images of the cardiac chambers and thoracic vessels.The three-dimensional model of the heart and thoracic vessels reconstructed using Mimics Medical software effectively displayed the positional relationships of the atria and ventricles,as well as the distribution pattern of thoracic vessels.This study provides digital resources for teaching animal anatomy and introduces a novel method for digital research on experimental animals and the construction of three-dimensional models of digital specimens.
