制造业数字化仿真发展现状及提升路径研究

摘要 随着制造业规模的不断扩大,我国制造业已经从高速扩张转向深入挖潜的关键阶段,数字化转型已成为企业发展的必由之路。以数字化仿真为代表的新型工业技术,正在成为推动制造业数字化转型的重要动力。本文梳理了不同国家的数字化仿真发展现状,介绍了制造业数字化仿真标准化进展与成效,提出了制造业数字化仿真面临的挑战,并针对性地提出了提升路径,为产业界开展数字化仿真和体系建设提供决策参考。 With the continuous expansion of the manufacturing industry,China's manufacturing industry has shifted from high-speed expansion to a critical stage of deep exploration of potential,and digital transformation has become the only way for enterprise development.The new industrial technology represented by digital simulation is becoming an important driving force for promoting the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.This article summarizes the current development status of digital simulation in different countries,introduces the progress and effectiveness of standardization of digital simulation in the manufacturing industry,proposes the challenges faced by digital simulation in the manufacturing industry,and proposes targeted improvement path,so as to provide decision-making reference for the industry to carry out digital simulation and system construction.
