Operational Management Risks of Future Community Projects

为实现未来社区项目价值目标,消除城市暗斑,解决社会弊病,从未来社区项目后期关键的运维管理阶段入手,重点分析了未来社区项目运营管理风险的内在相互影响,利用社会网络分析法(Social Network Analysis,SNA)构建了未来社区项目运营管理风险网络模型,综合结构属性、关联程度、控制能力、连接枢纽等分析,得到了关键性风险及主体.最后,根据得出的关键性风险针对性地提出风险控制策略,并利用整体网络密度、聚集系数对网络模型风险控制效果进行了验证.结果表明,未来社区项目运营管理风险网络模型的整体网络复杂度及网络节点间联系的紧密度均明显降低,未来社区项目运营管理风险得到了有效控制.

To achieve the value goals of future community projects,eliminate urban dark spots,and solve social maladies,this study starts from the critical operation and maintenance management phase of future community projects,and primarily analyzes the intrinsic interplay of operational and management risks in future community projects.Utilizing Social Network Analysis(SNA),a network model for the operational management risks of future community projects is constructed.Through a comprehensive analysis of structural attributes,degree of association,control capabilities,and connection hubs,key risks and principal agents are identified.Finally,based on the identified key risks,targeted risk control strategies are proposed,and the effectiveness of these strategies is validated using the overall network density and clustering coefficient of the network model.The results show that the overall network complexity and the closeness of connections between network nodes in the operational management risk network model of future community projects are significantly reduced,effectively controlling the operational and management risks of future community projects.
