通航水域承载能力模型研究

摘要 为给船舶(游船)最大容量确定、船舶(游船)的新增和清退、景点发展规模划定、运力调控等提供依据,开展通航水域承载能力模型研究。提出通航水域承载能力的概念,用以表征通航水域在保证安全的前提下所能容纳的船舶(游船)的最大数量。利用提出的船舶密集排布理论作为建模理论,构建通航水域承载能力模型。利用该模型可以计算包括航线水域、开阔水域在内的通航水域承载能力。通过对京杭大运河北京段、奥森公园开阔水域承载能力的计算,验证了模型的适用性和准确性。 To provide a basis for the determination of the maximum capacity of ships(cruise ships),the addition and removal of ships(cruise ships),the delimitation of the development scale of scenic spots,the regulation of transport capacity,etc.,the research on the bearing capacity model of navigable waters is carried out.The concept of bearing capacity of navigable waters is proposed to represent the maximum number of ships(cruise ships)that can be contained in navigable waters under the premise of ensuring safety.The proposed ship dense arrangement theory is used as the modeling theory,and the bearing capacity model of navigable waters is established.The bearing capacity of navigable waters including route waters and open waters can be calculated by this model.The applicability and accuracy of the model is confirmed through the calculation on the open waters bearing capacity of the Beijing section of the Grand Canal and the Olympic Forest Park.
