高职思政课加强法治教育的逻辑理路探究

Exploration of the Logical Way of Strengthening Legal Education in Higher Vocational Ideological and Political Courses

在全面推进依法治国的进程中,高职院校培养大学生的法治素养、法治思维,使其成长为堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人至关重要。文章分析高职院校加强法治教育的重要意义,探讨高职思政课法治教育的现状和高职思政课加强法治教育的理论进路,指出高职思政课要加强法治教育,就要做好三个方面:提升教师能力,增强教学效果;创新课堂教学方式,丰富教学载体;参与法治实践,贡献青春力量。

In the process of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in the country,it is crucial for vocational colleges to cultivate the legal literacy and thinking of college students,so that they can grow into new generations worthy of the task of national rejuvenation.The article analyzes the important significance of strengthening rule of law education in vocational colleges,explores the current situation of rule of law education in vocational ideological and political courses,and the theoretical approach to strengthening rule of law education in higher vocational ideological and political courses.It points out that in order to strengthen rule of law education in vocational ideological and political courses,three aspects need to be done well:improving teachers'abilities and enhancing teaching effectiveness;innovate classroom teaching methods and enrich teaching carriers;participate in the practice of the rule of law and contribute to the strength of youth.
