Exploration of the Application of the OBE Concept Based Blended Teaching Model in Adult Education

成人教育在传统的学科导向下更倾向于知识传输,忽视学生综合能力的培养,而以成果为导向、以学生为中心的OBE理念强调培养学生的实际能力,其要求在教学目标设定、课程设计和教学改革上均要以学生自身、企业、社会的需求为目标,反向设计教学过程,使学生可获取未来发展所需的知识、能力与素质。文章着眼于成人教育的改革需求,通过文献研究法、内容分析法阐述OBE理念对成人教育的启示意义以及OBE理念下成人教育中推行混合制教学模式的意义,并从成果导向、多维教学、融合趋势、评价改革几个角度探讨基于OBE理念的混合制教学模式在成人教育中的应用策略。

Adult education,under the traditional discipline orientation,tends to focus more on knowledge transfer and neglects the cultivation of students'comprehensive abilities.The OBE concept,which is result oriented and student-centered,emphasizes the cultivation of students'practical abilities.It requires that the setting of teaching objectives,curriculum design,and teaching reform should be targeted at the needs of students themselves,enterprises,and society,and the reverse design of the teaching process should enable students to obtain the knowledge they need for future development ability and quality.The article focuses on the reform needs of adult education,elaborates on the significance of the OBE concept for adult education through literature research and content analysis,as well as the significance of promoting blended teaching mode in adult education under the OBE concept.It also explores the application strategies of blended teaching mode based on the OBE concept in adult education from the perspectives of result orientation,multi-dimensional teaching,integration trend,and evaluation reform.
