摘要
“双减”政策的实施为劳动教育的开展带来了新的契机,同时劳动教育也面临着时代发展的新要求,需要与时俱进,更新教育内容、变革教育方式,实现适应性发展。推动劳动教育的有效实施,真正实现促进学生全面发展的育人目标,是当前劳动教育建设的关键。“双减”背景下劳动教育适应性发展应遵循以下发展方向:提高劳动教育意识、更新劳动教育理念,建立促进劳动教育有效落实的家校共建模式,加强专业师资队伍建设。
The implementation of the"double reduction"policy has brought new development opportunities to the development of labor education,and at the same time,labor education also faces new requirements of the times.It needs to keep up with the times,update educational content,change educational methods,and achieve adaptive development.Promoting the effective implementation of labor education and truly achieving the educational goal of promoting students'comprehensive development is the key to the current construction of labor education.Under the background of"double reduction",the adaptive development of labor education should follow the following development directions:improving labor education awareness,updating labor education concepts,establishing a family school construction model to promote the effective implementation of labor education,and strengthening the construction of professional teaching staff.
