连续梁-拱桥三角挂篮与大节段现浇支架施工受力性能对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 大跨径桥梁施工方式的选择对项目进度及造价具有重要意义。文中通过对某连续梁-拱桥施工工艺和节段划分讨论,探究其采用三角挂篮和现浇支架施工各自的受力特点,对二者进行方案设计和参数设计,基于有限元软件分析二者的整体受力及局部构件性能,对比数值结果发现,大节段现浇支架法与三角挂篮施工相比,具有结构变形小、内力小、经济性好的特点,在条件允许的前提下,连续梁-拱桥宜优先选择支架法施工。 The selection of the construction method for long-span bridge is of great significance to the project schedule and cost.By discussing the construction technology and segment division of a continuous beam-to-arch bridge,the respective stress characteristics of triangular hanging basket and cast-in-place support are explored,the scheme and parameter design of the two are carried out,and the overall stress and local component performance of the two are analyzed based on finite element software.The comparison of numerical results shows that the large segment cast-in-place support method has the characteristics of less structural deformation,less internal force and better economy than the triangular hanging basket construction.Under the premise of allowing conditions,the support method should be preferred for the continuous beam-arch bridge construction.
