目前电网企业对综合能源服务的界定与管理模式尚不明确,电网企业开展综合能源服务业务要考虑多种竞争因素,需要不断对市场主体的行为进行探索,从而寻找到适合电网公司的行为策略,其中最主要的竞争者是发电企业和综合能源服务民营企业。对市场环境下的电网企业和其他综合能源服务公司进行演化博弈分析,通过对现有电网公司的竞争形势、竞争环境进行分析,以演化博弈模型为理论抓手,对市场内多方主体之间的行为进行研究,探求出适合于各方的行为策略,从而确定业务稳定发展策略,为综合能源服务业务的开展提供更多思路。

At present,the definition and management mode of integrated energy services by power grid enterprises are not clear.Power grid enterprises involve a variety of competitive factors when conducting integrated energy service business.It is necessary to constantly explore the behaviors of market players,so as to find out the behavior strategy suitable for power grid enterprises.The most important competitors are power generation enterprises and private enterprises of integrated energy services.This paper analyzes the evolution game of power grid enterprises and other integrated energy service companies.The existing competitive situation and environment of power grid companies are analyzed.Taking evolutionary game model as the theoretical starting point,the behaviors of multiple players are studied to explore the behavior strategies suitable for each party and then determine the stable development strategy of the business.The anticle provides more ideas for the development of comprehensive energy service business.
