基于高精广域PMU的微观监测系统在有源配电网中的应用

摘要 随着新型电力系统构建,大量分布式新能源就近接入配电网导致出现末端电压越限、谐波含量超标以及保护配合困难等问题。通过分析保定新型电力系统建设面临的问题和配电网PMU系统在保定电网的应用场景,针对目前无法监测有源配电网暂态运行信息的技术现状,提出基于高精广域PMU的微观监测系统,从系统架构、工作原理、采集微秒级录波等方面对配电网运行情况进行分析,验证了该系统在有源配电网暂态信息采集方面的优势。 With the construction of new power systems,a large number of distributed new energy sources are connected to the distribution network nearby,and a series of problems such as the voltage limit at the end of the distribution network,the excessive harmonic content,and the difficulty of protection cooperation.This paper introduces the problems faced in the construction of Baoding's new power system and the application scenarios of the distribution network PMU system in Baoding power grid.Aiming at the present technology status of the inability to monitor the transient operation information of the active distribution network,a micro-monitoring system based on high-precision wide-area synchronous PMU is proposed.The operation condition of the distribution network is briefly analyzed through the system architecture,the working principle,and the collected microsecond wave recording,and the advantages of the system in the information collection of the active distribution network.
