摘要
针对光纤多股集束型碳纤维复合芯导线的结构特点,采用液压式压接方法开发了配套金具耐张线夹,研究了影响耐张线夹握力和光纤光传输性能的因素。在结构设计上,该耐张线夹的钢锚有光纤通道,芯棒衬管采用多孔结构设计,具有受力均匀,握力大、兼顾光纤保护的突出优势。试验表明压接长度、液压压力、结构尺寸和搭接长度对耐张金具的握力和光纤光传输性能有重要影响,通过优化结构和压接参数,该配套金具可以与导线有效连接,具有较高的握力,且保证芯棒内植光纤的光传输性,这对于光纤多股集束型碳纤维复合芯导线的推广应用具有重要的意义。
According to the structure characteristics of optical fiber multi-strand cluster carbon fiber composite conductor, the strain clamp was developed by hydraulic connection method, and the factors affecting the grip strength of the strain clamp and optical transmission performance of optical fiber were studied.In the structural design, the steel anchor of the strain clamp has optical fiber channel, and the composite core liner adopts porous structure design, which has the outstanding advantages of uniform force, large grip force and optical fiber protection.It is found that the crimping length, hydraulic pressure, structure size and lap length have important effects on the grip strength and optical fiber transmission performance of the strain clamp.By optimizing the structure and crimping parameters, the strain clamp can be effectively connected with the conductor, It has high grip strength and ensures optical transmission of the optical fiber implanted in the composite core.This is of great significance to the application of the optical fiber multi-strand cluster type carbon fiber composite core conductor.
