分数阶移相全桥变换器的动态混合补偿器设计

摘要 为解决并联分数阶移相全桥变换器中普遍存在的电流不平衡问题,对电路元件差异进行分析,发现漏感和变压器变比是导致电流共享控制误差的主要原因,因此设计了一种动态混合补偿器,通过调整各模块的占空比来有效降低电流共享控制误差。并通过仿真试验进行验证,结果显示,即使元件差异高达20%,在半载和满载情况下,该方法仍能显著减小电流共享控制误差。 To address the prevalent issue of current unbalance in parallel fractional-order phase-shift full-bridge converter, the disparities of circuit components were analyzed.It was found that leakage inductance and transformer turns ratio are the primary factors contributing to control error in current sharing.Consequently, a dynamic hybrid compensator was designed to effectively reduce current sharing control errors by adjusting the duty cycles of each module.Validation through simulation experiments revealed that even with component disparities as high as 20%,this method was still able to significantly reduce control errors in current sharing under both half-load and full-load conditions.
