摘要
采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法,以上海某师范大学本科生为研究对象,通过Kolb学习风格量表和大学生在线学习适应性量表来收集数据,调查研究大学生不同学习风格类型对在线学习的适应性,从而发现在线学习适应性良好学习者的共同特性。结果表明,个案学校大学生在线学习适应性较差,学习动机和学习态度主要影响了大学生在线学习适应性。而且,不同学习风格类型学习者在线学习适应性有着显著差异,其中发散型学习者最适应在线学习,而这样的差别主要存在于学习者反思观察、具体经验和抽象概括的过程中。研究者根据研究结果,对自适应学习系统设计、学习者和教师提出相关建议。
This study through a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches,tries to center on the undergraduate students of a certain normal university in Shanghai and investigate on the adaptability of college students with different learning styles to online learning environment with Kolb Learning Style Inventory and Online Learning Adaptability Scale for College Students used for data collection and analysis so as to identify the characteristics shared by those who adapt themselves well to online learning.The results show that the undergraduate students in that particular normal university in Shanghai display a relatively poor adaptability of online learning and that learning motives and attitudes are the main causes.Moreover,students with different learning styles display a significant difference of adaptability,among which the learners of divergent thinking show the highest degree of adaptability.Such differences can be mainly observed when self-reflection,learning experience and abstract generalization on the part of learners are required.The researcher makes corresponding suggestions for the learners,teachers as well as the designers of the self-adaptive learning system according to the results of the research.
