课程思政融入高职院校金课建设的路径研究

Research on the Path of Integrating Ideological and Political Curriculum into the Construction of Gold Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校打造金课的目的是培养德技兼修的技能型人才,学生品德的培养需要在专业课教学中融入思政内容,因而课程思政有效融入专业课的教学中是金课建设的思想保证。通过理论研究和实证调研分析高职院校课程思政融入金课建设中的问题:高职院校缺乏制度保证和激励措施导致教师缺乏进行课程思政改革内在和外在动力;思政元素没能有效融入人才培养方案,教学中缺乏正确的教学方法;课程思政缺乏合理有效的考核机制等。从高职院校加强制度设计,完善激励措施,修订人才培养方案,加强课程思政教学,完善课程思政考核等角度提出了课程思政赋能高职院校金课建设的路径与方法。

For vocational colleges,the purpose of creating golden courses is to cultivate skilled talents with both moral and technical skills.The cultivation of students'moral character requires the integration of ideological and political content in the teaching of professional courses,so the effective integration of ideological and political content in the teaching of professional courses is the ideological guarantee of the construction of the gold course.This topic analyzes the problems of integrating ideological and political education into the construction of golden courses in vocational colleges through theoretical research and empirical research.The lack of institutional guarantees and incentive measures in vocational colleges leads to a lack of internal and external motivation for teachers to carry out ideological and political education reform in courses;The ideological and political elements have not been effectively integrated into talent cultivation plans,and there is a lack of correct teaching methods in teaching;The lack of a reasonable and effective assessment mechanism for ideological and political education in the curriculum.This paper proposes a path and method for empowering vocational colleges with curriculum ideological and political education through strengthening institutional design,improving incentive measures,revising talent cultivation plans,strengthening curriculum ideological and political teaching,and improving curriculum ideological and political assessment.
