山东抗日根据地对商业贸易十分重视,制定和实施了多种恢复和发展商业贸易的政策和措施,如设立商业管理机构,建立供销合作社、商店,实行对外贸易统制、对内贸易自由的政策等,商业贸易工作取得了不小的成就,对根据地的经济社会产生了重要影响,具体表现为促进了生产的发展,冲破了敌人的经济封锁,平抑和稳定了物价,增加了政府财政收入,改善了群众生活。山东抗日根据地发展商业贸易的经验教训是中国共产党商业贸易建设史上的宝贵财富,对当代商业贸易工作亦有积极的借鉴意义。
