百色升船机弹性钢梁-缓冲油缸防撞装置设计研究

摘要 百色升船机防撞装置的设计防撞能力大且布置空间有限,参考已建升船机防撞装置的优劣性,结合百色升船机特点,充分考虑设备检修维护便利要求,研发了“弹性钢梁+缓冲油缸”形式的防撞装置,并对该装置的设备组成与布置、拦防系统和升降系统进行研究分析与优化设计,得出安全性和适用性均满足要求的防撞装置,可供类似工程设计参考。 The collision control device in Baise Ship Lift is of a large designed collision control capacity but limited arrangement space.Referring to the advantages and disadvantages of the existing collision control devices and considering the specific characteristics of Baise Ship Lift and the requirements for convenient maintenance and repair,a collision control device with elastic steel beams and cushion oil cylinders is developed.The device composition and layout,and the barrier system and lifting system are analyzed and optimized.A specifically designed device is then obtained,which meets both the safety and applicability requirements.It can be useful reference for the design of similar projects.
