摘要
卡拉水电站位于雅砻江中游河段,电站导流洞出口对岸存在一滑坡体,为消除导流洞过流对滑坡体前缘的冲刷影响,需对此滑坡体坡脚采用紧密布置的钢筋混凝土旋挖抗冲桩进行防护。本文对大直径旋挖桩群施工从地质复勘、生产性试验、成孔、钢筋笼安装制作、混凝土浇筑到基桩检测等整个工艺流程进行了阐述,该工程措施为导流洞提前过流、提前截流创造了条件。可为类似工程参考。
Kala Hydropower Station is located in the middle reaches of the Yalong River.There is a landslide body on the opposite bank of the diversion tunnel outlet.To eliminate the scouring effect of the diversion water flow on the front edge of the landslide body,reinforced concrete rotary excavation anti-scouring piles are tightly arranged at the foot of the landslide body for protection.The entire construction process of the large diameter rotary excavation pile group is elaborated,including the geological re-exploration,production testing,hole drilling,installation and manufacturing of steel cages,concrete pouring and pile testing.These measures create conditions for the early flow passage and interception of the diversion tunnel.It can be useful reference for similar projects.
