摘要
职业教育高质量发展需要数字化科技的支持。在梳理马尔库塞的科技异化理论的基础之上,总结出职业教育数字化转型中面临着主体性危机,表现为人的不自由感增加、主观能动性受限、全面发展受阻,辩证性思维不足以及价值理性减少等问题。建立“以人为本”的职业教育新生态,从职业教育数字化转型的顶层设计、目标指向、课程建设、教学实践、评价体系等多维度入手,可以有效消解职业教育数字化转型过程中主体性缺失的危机,促进职业教育健康发展。
High-quality development of vocational education needs the support of digital technology.Based on Marcuse's theory of technological alienation,we conclude that the digital transformation of vocational education is facing a crisis of subjectivity,which is characterized by an increased sense of human unfreedom,limited subjective initiative,hindered comprehensive development,in⁃sufficient dialectical thinking and reduced value rationality.By establishing a new ecology of"people-oriented"vocational educa⁃tion and starting from the multiple dimensions of top-level design,target orientation,curriculum construction,teaching practice and evaluation system of digital transformation of vocational education,the crisis of lack of subjectivity in the process of digital transfor⁃mation of vocational education can be effectively solved and the healthy development of vocational education can be promoted.
