党建引领高职院校产业学院治理研究

Research on the Governance of Industrial Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges Guided by Party Building

高职院校作为产业学院建设先行者,在产业学院合作办学、人才培养等方面进行了大量探索,但依然存在对接产业契合度不高、办学地位独立性不强、领导体制不健全、深层次产教融合度不高、制度体系建设不完善等问题。高职院校应强化党建引领作用,从创新学院设置形式、健全领导体制、完善制度体系、增强党组织政治功能和组织功能等方面着手,进一步完善产业学院治理体系。

As pioneers in the construction of industrial colleges,higher vocational colleges have conducted extensive explorations in cooperative education and talents cultivation among industrial colleges.However,there are still issues such as low alignment with industries,weak independence in educational status,incomplete leadership system,low integration of industry and education,and incomplete institutional system construction.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the leading role of party building,and further improve the governance system of industrial colleges by innovating the form of college establishment,improving the leadership system,improving the institutional system,and enhancing the political and organizational functions of party organizations.
