膳食纤维是一种重要的食物成分,主要来源于植物。膳食纤维可影响肠道菌群的互动、维持胃酸平衡、增强免疫系统功能,并提供抗氧化保护。若膳食纤维摄入不足,会导致一系列健康问题,包括便秘、肠道疾病和肥胖。因此,本文分析了膳食纤维的重要性,并提出相关措施,以供参考。
Dietary fiber is an important food component,mainly derived from plants.Dietary fiber can affect the interaction of gut microbiota,maintain gastric acid balance,enhance the immune system,and provide antioxidant protection.If dietary fiber intake is insufficient,it can lead to a series of health problems,including constipation,intestinal diseases,and obesity.Therefore,this article analyzes the importance of dietary fiber and proposes relevant measures for reference.
