摘要 为了解决矿山人才短缺、工人培训成本高、设备操作不专业等问题,矿山虚拟实训技术应运而生。目前矿山虚拟实训技术应用缺乏系统化的顶层设计,从矿山企业自身特点和培训的需求出发,并结合虚拟现实技术的特性,从虚拟实训的业务角度、安全行为角度以及培训管理的角度构建了矿山虚拟实训系统框架。针对矿山生产业务实训、安全教育实训以及虚拟实训平台管理三个方面内容的应用展开讨论和分析。研究结果表明,综合应用多媒体、三维建模、人机交互等信息化、数字化、智能化技术手段的矿山虚拟实训系统可以很好地解决工人语言不通、培训成本高、设备操作专业性、安全教育直观性等问题。虚拟实训系统平台可以为全矿各个岗位的技术人员提供系统的、全面的业务培训、安全教育和课程管理,进而可大幅度提高矿山员工培训效果。 In order to solve the problems of talent shortage,high training costs for workers,and unprofessional equipment operation in mines,virtual training technology for mines has emerged.At present,there is a lack of systematic top-level design for the application of mining virtual training technology.Starting from the characteristics of mining enterprises and training needs,combined with the characteristics of virtual reality technology,this paper constructs a framework for mining virtual training systems from the perspectives of virtual training business,safety behavior,and training management.The application of mining production business training,safety education training,and virtual training platform management is discussed and analyzed.The research results show that the mining virtual training system,which comprehensively applies multimedia,3D modeling,human-machine interaction and other information,digital,and intelligent technology methods,can effectively solve problems such as worker language barrier,high training costs,professional equipment operation,and intuitive safety education.The virtual training system platform can provide systematic and comprehensive business training,safety education,and course management for technical personnel in various positions throughout the mine,thereby greatly improving the training effectiveness of mine employees.
