混合尾砂膏体充填料浆搅拌特性工业试验

摘要 为研究不同尾砂组成的充填料浆的搅拌特性,论证新型搅拌工艺能够制备出更为均匀的合格膏体。以某铅锌矿为工程背景,在原有的搅拌站基础上,安装新型JTL2500E型搅拌桶以及配套给料装置,建设了一个采用新型搅拌工艺的搅拌特性工业试验平台,并依托试验平台进行了现场工业试验。试验结果表明:在不同胶凝材料不同尾砂组合的工艺条件下,采用新型搅拌工艺制备的膏体料浆,在流动性、强度、均匀性等各项指标方面都达到了预期效果。通过与该铅锌矿原有搅拌系统取样数据对比,各项指标均优于原有搅拌系统。因此新型搅拌工艺能够满足矿山搅拌系统的需要,为充填系统改造升级提供了技术支撑。 To investigate the stirring characteristics of backfill slurry with different tailings compositions and demonstrate the capability of a new stirring process to produce a more uniform and qualified paste,an industrial experimental platform was constructed with the engineering background of a certain lead-zinc mine.The platform was equipped with a new JTL2500E stirring barrel and corresponding feeding devices,integrated with the new stirring process.Field industrial experiments were conducted based on this experimental platform.The test results showed that under different process conditions with various combinations of cementitious materials and tailings,the paste slurry prepared using the new stirring process achieved the expected results in terms of flowability,strength,uniformity,and other indicators.A comparison between the sampling data of the original stirring system at the lead-zinc mine and the new stirring process demonstrated that all indicators were superior to the original stirring system.Therefore,the new stirring process is capable of meeting the needs of the mine′s stirring system and providing technical support for the transformation and upgrade of the backfill system.
