科学素养导向的教师专业发展:理论构建、实证调研与研修实践

摘要 本文系统分析了科技特色校教师专业发展的提升路径,对国际教师专业标准进行深度比较,从理论上构建了教师科学素养理论模型,基于此对北京科技特色校——八一学校的教师进行了专业素养调研和科学素养教学访谈,并据此设计与组织教师暑期研修活动,进一步推动了SMORE教学模式的生成。由此可见,本研究从宏观的教学胜任力、中观的专业发展提升路径到微观的研修活动和教学设计,全面推进科技特色校教师专业发展的理论与实践工作。
