摘要
目的:探讨视感知觉训练在正常视力和不同近视青少年知觉眼位异常中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2020年7月至2020年8月深圳市大鹏新区葵涌人民医院眼科门诊的青少年患者。根据患者等效球镜分为轻度近视组(30例),中度近视组(30例),高度近视组(30例)。另募集裸眼视力0~0.50 D且知觉眼位异常的30例志愿者作为对照(正常视力组)。对四组研究对象进行视感知觉训练,记录训练前及训练后1周、1个月、3个月数据。结果:通过视感知觉训练后,四组研究对象水平知觉眼位降幅像素时间比较,差异有统计学意义(F时间=45.400,P时间<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义(F_(组间)=99.450,P_(组间)<0.05),时间和组间交互作用比较,差异有统计学意义(F_(交互)=67.620,P_(交互)<0.05);训练后1周、1个月、3个月水平知觉眼位像素与其训练前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);四组研究对象垂直知觉眼位像素组间比较,差异无统计学意义(H_(训练前)=6.261,P_(训练前)>0.05;H_(训练后1周)=3.636,P_(训练后1周)>0.05;H_(训练后1个月)=1.911,P_(训练后1个月)>0.05;H_(训练后3个月)=3.620,P_(训练后3个月)>0.05);训练后1周、1个月、3个月垂直知觉眼位像素与训练前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:视感知觉训练可以有效改善正常视力和不同近视知觉眼位异常患者水平知觉眼位像素。
Objective To explore the application effect of visual perception training in normal vision and different myopic adolescents with abnormal perceptual eye position.Methods Adolescent patients from July 2020 to August 2020 in the ophthalmology clinic of Shenzhen Kuichong People's Hospital of Dapeng District were randomly selected as the study subjects.According to the patient's equivalent spherical mirror,they were divided into mild myopia group(30 cases),moderate myopia group(30 cases),and high myopia group(30 cases).In addition,volunteers with naked-eye vision of 0-0.50 D and abnormal perceptual eye position were recruited as controls(normal vision group).Four groups of experimental subjects were trained on visual perception,and the data of 1 week,1 month and 3 months before and after visual perception training were recorded.Results After visual perception training,there was a statistically significant difference in the pixel time of horizontal perception eye position reduction among the four groups of subjects(F_(time)=45.400,P_(time)<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between groups(F_(group)=99.450,P_(group)<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in time and interaction between groups(F_(interaction)=67.620,P_(interaction)<0.05);Compared with before training,there were statistically significant differences in the level perception of eye position pixels at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after training(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in vertical perception of eye position pixels among the four groups of subjects(H_(before training)=6.261,P_(before training)>0.05;H_(one week after training)=3.636,P_(one week after training)>0.05;H_(one month after training)=1.911,P_(one month after training)>0.05;H_(three months after training)=3.620,P_(three months after training)>0.05);After 1 week,1 month,and 3 months of training,there was no statistically significant difference in vertical perception of eye position pixels compared to before training(P>0.05).Conclusion Visual perception training can effectively improve the horizontal perception of eye pixels in patients with normal vision and abnormal eye position of different myopic perceptions.
