草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗原发性早泄的疗效

The Clinical Effect of Escitalopram Oxalate in Treatment of Lifelong Premature Ejaculation

目的:评估草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗原发性早泄(LPE)的临床疗效。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年6月在商丘市第一人民医院门诊就诊的LPE患者80例,以患者就诊顺序按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。给予观察组患者草酸艾司西酞普兰口服,给予对照组安慰剂口服,疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏时间(IELT)和早泄诊断量表(PEDT)评分。结果:治疗结束时,观察组脱落4例,对照组脱落3例;治疗后,两组患者IELT较治疗前均显著增加,观察组高于对照组;两组患者PEDT评分较治疗前均显著降低,观察组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者治疗后的IELT延间区段进行比较,观察组患者改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.524,P=0.005)。结论:草酸艾司西酞普兰可以提高LPE患者的射精控制力。

Objective To evaluate the effect of escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of lifelong premature ejaculation(LPE).Methods A total of 80 LPE patients treated in the outpatient department of the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given escitalopram oxalate orally,the control group was given placebo orally,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(IELT)and premature ejaculation diagnostic tool(PEDT)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results At the end of treatment,4 cases fell off in the observation group and 3 cases fell off in the control group.After treatment,IELT in both groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group;PEDT scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the treatment,the improvement of IELT interval in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(χ^(2)=10.524,P=0.005).Conclusion Escitalopram oxalate can improve ejaculation control in patients with LPE.
