岭南飞针疗法之腹针治疗卒中后尿潴留疗效观察

Curative Effect of Abdominal Acupuncture of Lingnan Flying Needle Therapy for Urinary Retention after Stroke

目的:明确岭南飞针疗法之腹针治疗卒中后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将60例卒中后尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,在基础治疗上,治疗组采用岭南飞针疗法之腹针治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,5天为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察两组患者首次排尿时间、膀胱功能积分及残余尿量,评价两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组首次排尿时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者膀胱残余尿量均较治疗前减少,且治疗组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:岭南飞针疗法之腹针治疗卒中后尿潴留可显著缩短首次排尿时间,减少膀胱残余尿量,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture of Lingnan flying needle therapy for urinary retention after stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with urinary retention after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture of Lingnan flying needle therapy,while control group with conven‐tional acupuncture.Five days was a course of treatment,the first urination time,bladder function scores and residual urine volume of the two groups were observed and clinical efficacy was evaluated after three courses of treatment.Results:The overall response rate of treatment group was 96.7%,which was higher than 73.3%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the first urination time in treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05);Compared to those of before treatment,the bladder residual urine volume in both groups were decreased,and the improvement in treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The abdominal acupuncture of Lingnan flying needle therapy for post-stroke urinary re‐tention can significantly shorten the first urination time and reduce the bladder residual urine volume,which is worthy of clinical application and pro‐motion.
