基于终身体育视角的高校武术教学的发展定位和路径

The Development Orientation and Path of Wushu Teaching in Colleges and Universities Based on the Perspective of Lifelong Sports

本文首先基于终身体育视角对高校武术教学的发展定位进行了分析,之后分别从强化观念转变明确“服务终身体育意识培养”教育导向,通过实践教学培养学生终身体育意识和良好的体育习惯,通过创设良好体育氛围增强学生终身体育热情,通过教学方法调整调动学生终身体育积极性,通过完善教学评价激发学生终身体育潜能几个方面,提出了高校武术教学的发展路径。

This paper first analyzes the development orientation of wushu(martial arts)teaching in colleges and universities from the perspective of lifelong sports,and then clarifies the changes from strengthening the concept to the educational orientation of"serving the cultivation of lifelong sports awareness".It proposes the following development path for wushu teaching in colleges and universities:cultivating students'lifelong sports awareness and good sports habits through practical teaching;creation of a good sports atmosphere to enhance students'enthusiasm for lifelong sports.Mobilizing students'enthusiasm for lifelong sports through the adjustment of teaching methods and through the improvement of teaching evaluation to stimulate students'lifelong sports potential.
