摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对高水平跆拳道运动员运动损伤特点进行研究,对损伤部位及原因进行分析。结果显示:高水平跆拳道运动员高频发生损伤部分依次为踝关节>膝关节>腰部>腿部>手部;原因包括准备活动不充分、使用技术不规范、训练负荷量度过大、注意力不集中等。对此,提出有效预防损伤的方法和意见。
Through the literature review,questionnaire,interview and other research methods,the characteristics of sports injuries of high-level taekwondo athletes are studied,and the locations and causes of injuries are analyzed.The results shows that the high-frequency injuries of high-level taekwondo athletes are ankles>knees>waist>legs>hands.Causes of injury include inadequate preparation,irregular use of techniques,excessive training load,and poor concentration.In this regard,effective methods and opinions for injury prevention are put forward.
