中国对主要上合组织国家直接投资效率研究

Study on the Efficiency of China's Direct Investment in Major SCO Countries

近年来,中国对主要上合组织国家直接投资量增长迅速,投资量整体呈现较好趋势,因此关于中国对其投资效率备受瞩目。选取2012-2020年中国对主要上合组织国家直接投资的相关数据,运用DEA-BCC测算和Tobit面板回归的方式,分析了中国对主要上合组织国家直接投资的效率。基于静态角度,中国对主要上合组织国家主要成员国的投资效率存在明显差异,俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、伊朗、阿富汗和白俄罗斯投资效率较低;基于动态角度,2012-2020年直接投资效率呈现波动发展趋势但整体有效;影响因素中税赋、投资自由度和政治稳定性存在显著性且呈正相关。基于此提出提高经济发展均衡度、构建科学的战略联盟、提高技术管理水平以及构建境外投资管理体系等对策建议。

In recent years,China's direct investment in major SCO countries has grown rapidly,and the overall investment volume shows a sound trend,therefore the efficiency of China's investment in these countries has attracted much attention.The paper selects the relevant data of China's direct investment in major SCO countries from 2012 to 2020,and analyzes the efficiency of China's direct investment in major SCO countries by using DEA-BCC measurement and Tobit panel regression.From the static perspective,there are obvious differences in the efficiency of China's investment in the main member countries of the major SCO countries.Russia,Kazakhstan,Uzbekistan,Iran,Afghanistan and Belarus are less efficient in investment;From the dynamic perspective,the efficiency of direct investment from 2012 to 2020 shows a fluctuating trend of development but is effective as a whole;Among the influencing factors,taxation,investment freedom and political stability have significant and positive correlation.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as improving the balance of economic development,building scientific strategic alliances,promoting the level of technology management and building a management system for overseas investment.
