Analysis of Different Engineering Pricing Methods under EPC Fixed Total Price Contract Settlement Focus and Coping Strategy

EPC工程总承包已在工程建设领域推行多年,其在工程管理优化、节约时间和成本、提升施工效率和施工质量上有着显著的优势,但在结算方式方面仍旧存在较多突出问题,结算工作贯穿工程始终,对工程的经济效益影响较大,而结算又与工程采用的计价模式息息相关。目前,EPC工程总承包采用何种计价方式仍未完全统一,在当前大环境下仍存在多种模式,不同的计价方式影响工程结算工作,对项目经济效益有着较大影响。文章通过应用案例研究,围绕EPC工程总承包固定总价情形下四种不同的计价模式,分析在不同计价模式下结算时应关注的重点问题,并根据案例问题分析归纳总结出应对策略。

EPC engineering general contracting has been implemented in the field of engineering construction for many years and has significant advantages in optimizing engineering management,saving time and costs,improving construction efficiency and quality.However,there are still many outstanding problems in the settlement method.Settlement work runs through the entire project and has a great impact on the economic benefits of the project.Settlement is also closely related to the pricing model adopted by the project.At present,there is no unified pricing method for EPC engineering general contracting,and there are still many models under the current environment.Different pricing methods affect the settlement work of the project,which has a great impact on the economic benefits of the project.This article focuses on four different pricing models under the fixed total price situation of EPC engineering general contracting,analyzes the key points that should be paid attention to in settlement under different pricing models,and proposes corresponding countermeasures through case analysis.
