摘要
文章采用定量分析手段,从技术和经济两方面,对比橇装设备与非橇装设备的差异及产生差异的原因。通过收集油气田、炼化单位的各类橇装设备应用情况,针对不同类别的橇装装置投资数据进行科学分析,归纳橇装设备的应用现状、价格构成以及与非橇装设备的差异对比,总结不同类别橇装设备的适用范围并提出相应的优化建议。研究共形成了三方面的结论:一是随着橇装设备在油气田地面工程、炼油化工中的大量应用,其投资逐年升高;二是目前国内部分石油化工项目,橇装设备投资高于非橇装设备,主要原因是设备橇装集成之后技术服务、利润等费用的增加;三是从全寿命周期考虑,橇装设备的总成本低,且具有节省工期、节约空间等优点,建议根据各类橇装设备的特点择优选用。
This paper uses quantitative analysis to compare the differences between skid-mounted equipment and non-skid equipment and the reasons for the differences from both technical and economic aspects.By collecting the application of various skid-mounted equipment in oil and gas fields and refining and chemical units,and scientifically analyzing the investment data of different types of skid-mounted equipment,the application status of skid-mounted equipment,price composition and the difference between skid-mounted equipment and non-skid-mounted equipment are summarized,and the applicable scope of different types of skid-mounted equipment is summarized and corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.The research has formed three conclusions:first,the investment in skid-mounted equipment has increased year by year,and it has been widely used in oil and gas field surface engineering and oil refining and chemical engineering;second,on the whole,the investment in skid-mounted equipment is higher than that in non-skid equipment,mainly due to the increase in technical services,profits and other costs after the integration of skid-mounted equipment;third,considering the whole life cycle,the total cost of skid-mounted equipment is low,and it has the advantages of saving time and space.It is recommended to divide the scope of application according to the characteristics of various skid-mounted equipment.
