摘要
工程造价估算在工程项目的各个阶段都具有重要作用。然而,传统的估算方法存在着精确性不足、可比对性差以及信息化水平较低等问题,一些新兴技术基于统计学或者机器学习的方法,给工程估算带来了新的思路,但是依然存在计算方式单一、计算结果缺乏灵活性等问题。为了应对这些挑战,文章提出了一项工程造价估算系统设想,旨在提高估算的灵活性、可扩展性、可比对性和准确性。同时基于模块化思想,将各种估算方法作为原子算子整合,并采用自顶向下分解与自底向上汇总相结合的方式对工程造价进行估算,最终设计了相关数智化系统。未来的研究将继续优化系统,进一步提升系统的数智化水平。这一工程造价估算系统将为工程项目的管理和决策提供参考工具,为工程估算提供新的思路和方法。
The estimation of engineering costs plays a significant role in various phases of engineering projects.However,traditional estimation methods suffer from issues such as lack of precision,poor comparability,and low levels of informatization.As a response to these challenges,emerging technologies,often based on statistical or machine learning methods,have introduced new perspectives to engineering cost estimation.Nevertheless,they still face limitations such as a narrow range of calculation methods and inflexibility in the results.To address these issues,this paper proposes an advanced engineering cost estimation system aimed at enhancing flexibility,scalability,comparability,and accuracy in estimation.The system design is based on a modular approach,integrating various estimation methods as atomic operators.It combines top-down decomposition and bottom-up aggregation to estimate engineering costs comprehensively.Furthermore,a related intelligent system is designed.Future research will continue to optimize the system,further elevating its level of intelligence.This engineering cost estimation system will provide a reliable tool for project management and decision-making,contributing novel perspectives and methodologies to the field of engineering estimation.
